Peoplesoft Technical/Architecture Lead

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design and development of PeopleSoft applications and related systems.

Work with business stakeholders and end-users to understand requirements and translate them into technical design specifications.

Develop and maintain technical documentation related to PeopleSoft development and architecture.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements related to PeopleSoft architecture and development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement PeopleSoft integrations with other systems.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

At least 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft development, architecture, and design.

Strong technical skills in PeopleSoft development, including experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and SQR.

Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and design principles.

Experience with Oracle databases and SQL.

Experience with PeopleSoft integrations and web services.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
